Compared with mechanical clamping, it has unique advantages: high-strength pure axial force, adjustable and controlled clamping force, small components and operation on the end face, and possible workpiece end face error can also be compensated by floating clamping end face on the hydraulic cavity.
The clamping element is fixed by hand. The fully closed hydraulic oil chamber is clamped by screwing in the screws at the end face, and the resulting clamping force is several times that of conventional mechanical nuts. This strong clamping force can be adjusted and controlled through the hierarchical clamping force display on the end face. The clamping force can be adjusted steplessly, but it can also be set as required.
During the clamping process, there is no radial and transverse position force, so the clamped workpiece will not produce displacement, and the pre-calibrated position accuracy of the workpiece will not be affected.
The wrench and hammer commonly used in such work will no longer be needed. Therefore, it can greatly improve the simplicity of operation, reduce the time of replacement and avoid accidents.
