According to the requirements of the market, the outer diameter of the clamping element is minimized as much as possible, and it has sufficient hydraulic pressure. At the same time, the clamping is controlled by an Allen wrench. The circular run-out of the hob can also be optimized and adjusted according to the demand, so this kind of clamping element comes into being.
The hydraulic clamping element can be fixed on the shaft by hand. It is designed and manufactured according to the specification of SW4 Allen wrench and the ideal clamping force that can be applied, but it also depends on the diameter of the fixed shaft. Strong and effective axial clamping force is effectively controlled and applied in known forms, such as clamping force display or safety setting device. For the generation of clamping force, the hydraulic tensioning screw must be tightened with a torque of<5 NM.
This type of clamping element is mainly used for the clamping of hobs, in which the corresponding precision adjustment ring can also be built.
By installing the precision compensation wedge block in the precision adjustment ring, the hob installation does not need to be adjusted at the beginning. The circular run-out accuracy of the hob is optimized by adjusting the wedge block, so the use of the tool is optimized.
The following points should be noted in the selection of hydraulic clamping elements or precision adjustment rings:
The diameter of the hob mandrel and the outer diameter of the hob or spacer ring are matched according to the dimensions d1 and d2 in the table.
If there is no suitable choice, the selection of precision adjustment ring can be based on the following basic principles:
Hob/spacer ring outer diameter=d1 ± 5mm
